Shawnee Pools

We truly love the services provided by Shawnee Pool! They recently came to open my pool and took the time to answer all my questions, even showing me how to clean the filters for my salt system. The team was polite, friendly, and efficient. Whenever I reach out, they respond promptly. I highly recommend them if you're in search of a pool company!

USED to be an absolutely wonderful company. Bob and his team have been my go-to since 1983. Since Bob sold out the new owner(s) are running the company into the ground. Asked for an estimate to paint my pool. Never got one...called again and was told the woman that handled that job had left. Acted annoyed when I asked why someone else didn't take over for her. Reluctantly agreed to "work up an estimate". Mailed estimate rather than calling me back. Estimate was quite high and I was going to have to pay ALMOST $4000 towards the final bill for them to even put me on the list. And, it would be 7-9 months till they could do the job. I called back and Chad was very cocky on the phone telling me "Well, things have changed and that's the way it is." Excuse me...you are crazy if you think you ar

They came to to my home to close my pool. We tried to pay them after they finished the job. They said they would send us an invoice. The invoice arrived and they had charged for 2 chemicals That was not used . I called to inquire about this. The owner Chad was very very rude. However, he did say after arguing about it and telling me that they did in fact, use the chemicals when I know they didn't because I used my own that I had in the garage that he would remove the charges just to a appease us and that if he did, in fact, refund the additional charges that he felt it was best to terminate his business relationship with us.And recommended that we find another pool company insinuating, we were liars and then threaten to terminate our relationship with his business.Saying he no longer wan

We have been using them for 8 years to maintain our pool and have always been helpful with advice and always punctual. They put in a new cover and line this year and it looks like a new pool

Shawnee Pools did not disappoint! Chad and staff are very prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly . Highly recommend, we love our pool!
