I spent about three months piddling around with my own garage door, buying parts and leaning on the chatbot instead of just calling someone. Big mistake. The chatbot doesn’t know garage doors; it sent me down the wrong path and I burned time and money. I’d had Shawn's number for ages and kept thinking “I’ll call him in a bit.” The day I finally decided to get my people-stuff done and called him, he came out the same day. Should’ve done that the first week. I was sure the door needed to be “level” because the left side hit the ground before the right. Shawn took one look and said: it’s level, and we don’t want to change that—level is good. Never use this guy! Just had siouxland garage door here to fix damage caused by improper install. Mailbox is full Over $900 but they got it fixed. Spring broke one's showed our new install.
