Shehan Pools

Well Shehan’s strikes again. The patio that was put in on the edge of the pool has sunk. I dug it up today and discovered they didn’t put a base of sand or gravel under 30% of the pavers. Those sunk and we are now replacing the patio also. In case you put in a retractable cover check to see how they finish the edges. Here is my 5 year update of this horrible company. We finally hired a specialty leak detection company to figure out where our pool is leaking. For the last 5 years Shehan has told us no leak and nothing but evaporation. They found 2 leaks today. One around the skimmer and one around the main drain. Their comment was that it looked like someone with a hammer just about destroyed the main drain pipes and that we will have to drain the pool to fix everything. Run

We’ve been a customer since Shehan built our pool in 2007. They open and close our pool each year and make any repairs needed (mostly pump replacement as the pool itself is well built). The family owned business is a pleasure to deal with and the grandsons of the owner are THE most polite young men I’ve dealt with in recent years. Great business and I highly recommend!

If you want to over pay by 30% - 50% for pool installs , liner replacements, and chemicals I suggest Shehan Pools. If you like poor service and a I don’t care attitude I would suggest Shehan Pools. Also, the communication is email only and they keep their store doors locked 100% of time which I thought was odd but with their poor service I see why. Shop around and save yourself a ton of cash
