The sweet lady in the office helped was so helpful. They were so flexible with my time to get HVAC looked at. Micah was so respectful & pleasant. My anxious fiest terrior absolutely fell in love with him and she hides from any strangers. He came in an d within 5 minutes he knew the problem. So glad because we had not heat for a week. We had a new system installed 2 years ago. We had a maintenance check yesterday and installation of a couple electrical surge protectors today. Shelby Heating and Air is always prompt and courtesy. Eric Brown is a positive asset. He’s knowledgeable and walked us thru our thermostat set-up.

Great first time experience for me! Phone support was awesome, prompt and with extra effort to resolve issues peculiar to my situation. The tech rep (Micah) was energetic, enthusiastic about digging into my problems, conversant regarding troubleshooting / resolutions and was a delight to work with. Possibly the best all around experience I ever had with an HVAC service company. Glad I gave them a try after being ghosted by my usual guy twice and another new guy. I will continue to call them first going forward.

Micah was incredibly friendly, and professional. Showed up on time as well Part 2 When Micah first stopped by to look at my furnace. We didn't expect such a challenge. But after a few trips out here. Micah was determined and motivated to figure out what is going on with my furnace. Today he got it fixed and running. Whole time was super friendly and shared each step with me letting me know what is going on. Again incredibly professional. Definitely a good company to work with.

Micah was our service tech for a heating system check up. I must say this was probably the best experience that I have had as far as a service appointment has gone. He called to let me know he was on his way, “right on time”. Was very professional, polite and courteous in explaining what he was going to do. I would highly recommend Shelby Heating and Air for service or even a new system. They were the company that installed ours. Thank you Micah!
