Shell Fab Countertops & Casework

Overall I'm satisfied with the counter tops. Negatives for me was they had to re-cut my backsplash pieces because they weren't measured correctly, then the new pieces were also off.. I had one solid piece for behind my sink. Which the installers couldn't get in so they had to cut it in half now there's a seam in my backsplash.. other than that I love the counter tops.

Rachel in sales was just delightful to work with, as was Denise in scheduling. Everyone was polite and friendly. I love my new quartz countertops. Calacatta Miraggio Cove. They are beautiful. I had a very slight issue with the installation, and Shell Fab took care of it right away.

I would like to start by saying I am very satisfied with my countertop from shell fab. Had it not been for a poor experience with the sales team my review would be 5/5. Measurement, fabrication, and installation was exceptional. In regard to sales, my experience of selecting my countertop and placing a down payment went smoothly. While shopping, I was advised by my salesperson, Rachel, that they offered Blanco sinks and faucet products as well. I told her I had not made a decision on a sink yet but would let know if I was interested. I found a sink from Blanco I liked and emailed her (her main method of communicating with me) about getting a price for it on 4/15/25. We purchased our countertops through The Home Depot, and they contracted the old countertop removal and installation to Shell Fab. All our interactions with them were great, from the slab layout viewing, the measuring appointment, to the removal of the old countertop and installation of new granite. I must give a huge shout-out to the two installers. Despite facing a major setback when their truck broke down, they managed to transfer all their tools and materials to a new truck and communicated the delay ahead of time. Their dedication and work ethic were truly impressive. They worked tirelessly and didn't finish until 9:15 pm. With a tight deadline before the holidays the ladies in the office were outstanding. They were extremely helpful in sharing updates almost daily with me. The installation crew was also wonderful, very friendly and knowledgable. The finished product was perfect.
