We purchased lining equipment from In Line Renewal Solutions and had a great experience working with Josh and Jack. We brought our team up for two separate training sessions, and Shawn and Josh did an excellent job training our crews. On top of that, Josh has come down multiple times for in-field training, which has been huge for getting our guys confident and dialed in. Great company, solid support, and Josh is a strong leader who truly stands behind what he sells. Highly recommend.

I was having trouble with the septic system with massive clogs. Mike arrived from Shelton Plumbing and took care of the problem with a device to go down in the pipes and clear away clogs. He then put the camera in the system to see if all was clear. It, surprisingly, wasn't. So, he put a larger bit on the end of the device and cleared the system. First off, he was on time. Not late, not early, but on time, unlike cable companies. He was polite, had his tools and didn't need to keep running back to his truck while the proverbial clock was ticking. He had the necessary tools and experience for the job at hand. The price quoted was the price paid; no overruns, or extra charges (surprises). This was the first time we used Shelton. Great customer service began during the initial communication contact. They listened and clearly understood my situation. The technician who serviced my need to have an old toilet removed and new toilet installed was very friendly and explained what he would be doing. After the project, he made certain everything was working properly and cleaned the area very good. I will use Sheldon again if I have problems in the future and if asked if I knew any plumbers, I will recommend Sheldon.

I had not been a Shelton customer before today but will definitely continue to be one going forward. I had a sewer back up in the basement and needed a snake to clear it. The smell was bad enough but not being able to use the toilet or do laundry made this an ASAP call. Steve was great on the phone. Very professional and did his best to get someone over to check it quickly. Brandon arrived in about an hour and took care of the problem. He ran a camera through to check for additional issues (which he found) and did a thorough job explaining what was involved to resolve said issues. No one wants to have plumbing problems but I'm very happy to have had Shelton Plumbing come out today. They have earned my trust.

Shelton Plumbing saved me from cold showers on the same day!
