Contacted for appointment for septic pump. Gentlemen told My husband they would try to make it out on Friday February 27 if they were not able to make that appointment Friday. They would be out Monday March 2. We waited all day for someone to show up. No one showed and no one contacted us to let us know they wouldn’t be able to make the it out. Very unprofessional not to contact your clients with updates. This was not only the first but second time we have tried to schedule an appointment with this company with no success. We definitely will not this company a third chance. DO BETTER!!

They did a great job, professional and efficient. Minimal damage to lawn and great clean up. He also let me know I had a toilet flapper leaking that needed to be fixed. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Great guys, definitely recommend.

Very communicative company. I contacted them because we needed septic drain lines replaced. They let me know when they were coming and arrived on time. Courteous and straight to the point. Will definitely use them in the future for when our septic needs pumping!

My husband and I run a plumbing business in the same area as Shenandoah Valley Septic Service. We only handle plumbing repairs and drain clogs to the septic tank. When we discover that our customer's septic is full or see that they might need a drain field repair, we ALWAYS refer Shenandoah Valley Septic. They take excellent care of our customers with friendly service and reasonable prices. I have never had a complaint and we have sent quite a few people to them. In our small town , word of mouth is everything. I don't want one person's one-sided opinion to reflect negatively on this family-owned company when they have so much to offer you!! Unfortunately, when we have family emergencies and/or situations, it does cause us family-owned businesses to get behind on our work or we may not be

****WARNING DO NOT USE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!**** We paid $450 less than a month ago to have our septic tank pumped out and it is already completely full. This is a huge septic tank and takes at least 4 years to fill up, they just took our money and did not bother to do the job. Tried to call them to have them come back out and fix it and the man refused to come back or give us a refund and then hung up the phone! BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
