Shepherd Excavating Inc

We are in the process of building a house, and our builder contracted with Shepherd excavating for the foundation and driveway. Their quality of work has been exceptional. Their team members are extremely skilled and also a pleasure to deal with personally. We are very happy with the quality and speed of their work, and we would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them.

Very poor customer service. Came out to look at a main water leak we have and said they will be able to take care of us. After they left then I never heard from them. Had to call them to see when they would be out and was told "I'll call you tomorrow with a quote and schedule." Never got a call back for three days, then when I call them he says, "Hey sorry we have had issues with other jobs, we won't be able to get to you till at least late next week, you should just find another company." Did not even have the courtesy to call me to let me know that. I had to track them down which is just sad. Even with them knowing that the city gave us 14 days to get it fixed before they shut our water off. I have not dealt with a company that could care less about people like this in a long time. STAY

Thay will tare up your yard and not fix it the workers will Cuss you out and are rude not a good company hire some one else leave big rocks and dirt in other people's yards and street and park there vehicles in other people yards tareing up there yards and then a saying thay woult fix it not a good company to hire
