Sheren did a superb job repairing our furnace. They were here 2 hours after I called and diagnosed within about 15 minutes. Their technician had located the parts and scheduled replacement the next morning within 30 minutes of leaving our house on his way back to their facility. They sent proper technicians with all the correct tools and testers to change out the heat exchangers - not an easy job. Very professional and sorted our furnace on Christmas Eve so we didn't have to sit through the Holiday in less than warm temperatures. Thank you very much Sheren!

I called Sheren at 7pm with an after hours request and was greeted with kindness, my information taken with ease, and promptly contacted by our technician Fisher. He confirmed our address and emergency pricing and arrived shortly after that call. Fisher provided excellent service, and knowledge, to keep our system running in top form. Absolutely outstanding service all around! These guys made a great first impression and we will absolutely be repeat customers as the need arises. DTE stopped by today to replace our gas meter at no cost at their own request, couldn’t get our water heater started again after they were done, told us we’d have to contact an HVAC company ourselves to get it started up again, then up and left essentially leaving us with no help and no hot water. I called Sheren at 2:21pm, customer service was amazing, and they were here minutes later with our water heater back up and running by 3:13. Sheren Plumbing & Heating did fantastic work for us. They were very responsive as well, and set expectations up front. We had them out to relocate a washer and dryer, install a utility sink and pump, fix a shower / piping, install a new shower head, and service our water heater. Given the amount of work to do, I was surprised when only one technician showed up, but he proactively called in more help in order to get it all done in one day. I appreciate that the technician helped us understand what pump we needed to buy an allowed us to go get it while he was working on other things. As they left, the technician told me something broke while they were installing it, and they'd have to make a return visit. They followed up to schedule the visit the next day, without me having to call them. Fi
