Tom was super nice and quick to respond after we moved into our new house. He didn't recommend anything beyond what was necessary, the price was fair, and he was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely give him a call again if I need any more work done. Highly recommended.

Sherlock’s gave a fair price, worked fast to replace our deadbolt, and was very patient with our follow-up request to rekey the doorknob as well. Overall very good communication and trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone needing door lock repairs / replacements.

Tom did a great job installing a keyless lock at our old home. He has to make some adjustments to be sure the new lock worked perfectly. He showed up on time and was super helpful.
