Shield Moving

i had a couch that had to be lifted on my balcony and it was a very tight fit - i called shield moving last minute & they were able to have 2 amazing young men out the same day. reliable, friendly, very efficient and effective!! i will be recommending them to anyone i can, as well as using them for all my future moving needs. thank you SOOO much for saving the day!!

Shield Moving came out to move some furniture for us last Friday. They did an amazing job!! They are caring, professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. They are the best of the best!! We highly recommend them to our family and friends!!

These guys know how to move! Dre and Josh were a couple of great guys. Very polite and willing to ask where to place certain objects. Towards the end we booked an additional hour, paid Dre the exact dollar amount, followed by a black and white, emailed receipt.

Writing on behalf of my grandmother, who had a series of alarming exchanges with these people April 28th, 2023. Prior to the move, my grandmother explicitly asks if they had insurance because they have a number of irreplaceable expensive items. Shield moving said they had insurance. Of course, a very expensive antique marble table was broken in the move, as well as, an expensive French cabinet. The mover says "I am the insurance", unsure what that means. The insurance they had was only providing $0.60/lb we found out later. This table was over $2000 (before being destroyed) and she was offered $87 to recover the table. After this incident, shield moving says there was an option for more expensive insurance that was completely not made available to my grandmother beforehand. I do no

The Duo that showed up to unload my 26 ft Penske were outstanding! They were on time and ready to work! We hit a bump when we had to put a treadmill through a tight doorway, however, they managed it with ease! They truly went above and beyond and would highly recommend them for all your moving needs.
