We are so grateful for Justin and the ParaTex TEAM. We had significant damage to our roof, gutters, windows and screens during the recent hailstorm. Justin was onsite when our insurance appraiser came to inspect and access the damage. The appraiser's report did not include all of the damage that Justin had observed. Justin worked closely with our insurance company to ensure all the damage was ultimately covered, it took 3 supplemental claims, but Justin was persistent. It was great that ParaTex included repairs for all the damage under their contract, not just the roof, so we didn't have to deal with multiple contractors.
