Called them when other plumber kept putting us off. Did an excellent job of installing new gas hot water heater. Came back to install new shower fixture that had leaked. Job well done and reasonable charges. However, they did not re-light other water heater pilot and took away unneeded fixture parts that I had purchased. Don't answer phone until 9:30 or 10 am.

I have been dealing with this company for over 20 years. They have reasonable rates. They are very dependable. Not once have they had to come back to redo a job. The men working for them are very courteous.

Couldn't be happier. Fast response to our needs. Our problem was a bit difficult but they were able to get it fixed in record time anyhow!

I've been acquainted with these folks for about a year now and both times they were quick to get the service work I needed. Thanks

I was expecting a service call that I scheduled this past Tuesday. No one ever called me until I called them at 4pm. I rescheduled the visit for today, Thursday, at 10:30am. I certainly don't expect them to be on time given the work they might have to do. But, no calls? So I basically had to spend the entire day on Tuesday and Thursday "waiting" with no communication from Shores. I gather they're busy enough where don't need additional business. It's NOT unreasonable, in my opinion, to at least get a call about any delays. It seems from my experience that they just expect you to be at your house ALL day long and have NO communication with you when they might come for the service visit.
