He's wonderful to work with, has competitive prices and always patient with my questions. He even worked with the manufacturer of our water heater to get a warranty replacement when we hadn't even thought to check if it was under warranty. We're grateful!

Kenny was great. I called him around lunchtime on a SATURDAY and he was over here in less than 30 minutes. I had foolishly tried to replace an old spigot only to find that it wasn’t threaded to the pipe, but soldered. I accidentally sheared the whole spigot off. Kenny had everything he needed and was done in 30 minutes. Very friendly. If you live in the Severn/Hanover area, go with this guy. He told me he has over 30 years experience and it shows.
