Our heating went out in the middle of a single digit cold snap this winter, and even though booked solid, Kathy and Stan managed to wiggle us in for an emergency visit, and 24 hours later, the parts came in and we were up and running. End of the day, SPH is an organization that does business the right way; if Stan says he can do it, he is a man of his word, and it gets done. The communication is clear and concise, and the team speaks to you like you are family. Cannot recommend them enough!

Listen man these guys JUST finished my house today and I’ve got absolutely nothing bad to say about these guys. I live in a townhome 2.5 bath and 3 bed and I was quoted by 2 companies @ $7,000 to redo the plumbing with Pex A and these guys charged me $4,004. The original estimate was $3400 but I also had them replace my shower valves. They did exactly what they said they’d do, they were super nice and professional. Stan was really nice and so were the guys who did the actual labor I believe it was Tim and Nate. These guys definitely got saved to my contact list for any future plumbing jobs or heating and if anyone asks who I went to I’m sending them to these guys. Bottom line is they were great and saved me $3000 from the other guys for the same labor, and materials. Got the plumbing done

Three Mondays ago, I discovered a sewage backup in my partially finished basement. I called Shrewsbury Plumbing & Heating and reached them right at the end of the day. A crew responded and cleared the line by plunging the outside clean-out. They were on site for about 30 minutes, and the visit cost $180. I appreciated their quick response and the referral to a restoration company, which arrived within three hours to begin cleanup. Unfortunately, last Thursday night—after a week-long restoration process—the same problem occurred. The next morning, Shrewsbury Plumbing & Heating returned. They snaked the main drain and restored flow. There was a slight mix-up yesterday with our appointment time, but they were understanding and flexible enough to make it right and come back out again today. Steve was great. You could tell he knew his craft. He was quick to figure out exactly what our plumbing issue was, and patient enough to pleasantly carry on casual conversation with my chatty elderly mother while doing it, lol. Small things like this mean a lot and go a long way. If I ever have any plumbing problems again in the future, I'll definitely be calling SPH, and requesting Steve!

showerhead broke away from the pvc pipe SPH came in and stabilized the pvc pipe and installed a new shower head. more work was needed than expected. your employee did a really clean job of installing 2x4 berween framework to secure my new showerhead. cost of the work totally appropriate,fair and happy to have a job well done the repair man was professional,and pleasant. SPH is my go to for my plumbing needs.
