Adam B, the sale rep was so helpful! I lived in York city, which has a Home Depot and 2 Lowe’s. However I drive over 30 mins just to go to this store. Because I was so impressed by the helpful service, kind, and attentive of Adam. So often, when I go to the store most rep kinda brush you off, or just not caring. They do the minimum, but I was so happy with the service at this location. I am pro account membership holder, and owner of a small business. It’s nice to see that the little guys like me matter, and my business is welcome. I appreciate the help I was given by Adam.

The have all your home repair remodel products and great employees that walk you through the project. Customer service like that is priceless. If you missed Halloween displays you don’t want to miss Christmas decorations there. They have the greatest selection for seasonal celebrations. The garden center is my favorite part.

I tryed to purchase a santa sled and 3 reen deer for a month. Stood in line this morning for 2 hours for stone to open and needed to be first. The item was a display item with no boxes and no instruction's and was scuffed up . Also was loading the anler on one of the deer won't stay in .I need to duct tape to fix. It's the only one they have .I think there should be a discount for no boxe's no instruction's and bad antler and scupped up product. I love your store and spend alot of money there. I spent 700 alone this morning and 3800 2 month's ago on my daughter's new kitchin I build with your product's. I flip houses and ran a mortage company.I don't belive am being pettie.Help. I want to give a five to this employee's but a 3 on product shape and issuie's

Larry Steve took the time to listen and found a match for a tile flooring project. He works in the kitchen/tile department. I can only recommend him and his skills to help you find what you want.

Good Customer Service and helpful staff whether at Paint Department or as Cashier or at Front Customer Service Desk. The Staff does its best to get the right Staff member to assist if outside their comfort zone. Full landscape/ plant department year- round for: houseplants inside the main store; and outdoor in the garden department during the growing season. Photographs of a few plants from Home Depot ranging from a few years old to within the last year; and of necessary indoor equipment/devices/appliances-- call 'em what you will but have made life easier.
