Extremely pleased! From scheduling through the work itself, all went very well. The technician, Carlos, arrived on time and double checked some specs with the office before opening our walls to run new wiring, just in case. While he did have to make holes in the drywall, he did so very neatly and carefully so the drywall can be reused making the repairs easier. He even took the time to clean up after he finished. It wasn’t easy to schedule an electrician for my project but was very pleased that Sure Line came through. Will definitely use them again!

I have used this company for 10+ years and they always sent out Dexter. Dexter always did great work. If you use this company request Dexter and you will be happy. This most recent time they sent out another installer that was horrible. First he couldn't install an outlet where we needed it (yet Dexter had no issue). I had him install an upgraded ceiling fan and he used a hammer to make the hole bigger and made it too big that I needed to bring in a guy to fix the hole. In the process he left a huge mess that he didn't clean up. Then he set it to the lowest setting, which was slower than my old unit...never hooked it up to the exhaust and to top it off blew out my home automation switch. All in all it now cost me near $1000 to install an upgraded ceiling fan with 3 companies and week

SureLine Electrical is unethical and frankly has, in essence stolen $1,469 by not installing a working motor. I have been trying to resolve this since May. They are playing games and deflecting the issue. As the owner of a restaurant, my kitchen hoods must work properly. Shureline came to assess the situation quickly and I handed $80 for their relatively quick response to a motor that quit on us. After a few days, they brought a motor that did not function as needed. When I called, I was told the motor they put in only runs intermittently. That is not useful for a kitchen hood which they should know. They agreed to replace that motor with a new one that actually is designed to operate when turned on. Unfotunately, they said I was still going to have to pay the cost for the new mot

We had a very small project in our new home. I contacted someone through Home Advisors, but they never got back to me. I then went to google and found Shure Line. They made it very simple to get a technician out here. Our project was completed in about 1/2 hour, and the rate was what was quoted. From the Bonnie and Kim in the office, to Marcus who scheduled our appointment without a long wait period...and finally our electrician who came out at the scheduled time...it was a pleasurable experience which is a rare feeling when you build a house with many problems.
