SI Thermal Home Insulation

Came to my home and gave me an estimate to insulate my barn. They gave me a tentative date to do the work and then never showed up. Did not answer follow up emails, phone calls, or texts. Work was never done. They are very unprofessional and thank goodness I did not give them a deposit. Beware!

Moved in apt InOctober 22. Was paying 4 and 500 a month for 12 months to Ameren . Apt not insulated at all. Got my first bill after insulated, 60 dollars. Called Matt this am and told him situation and he said he is not responsible because he didn’t know. So clearly he does not check the work to see if it’s done. Said it was on the landlord and he actually had not charged her for it. ???? His words. I said well what can you do about it. His answer “I’m not doing anything.” Well guess what, I am, and they are not a member of the BBB. Google 3.3 rating. That’s one good thing about social media. You can warn people. Choose wisely.

What a nightmare! Not long after having my house "sealed and insulated" through an Ameren program, I noticed my home seemed very humid. Soon, I began developing condensation on the walls. The mold/mildew behind furniture and wet ceilings followed that. Ameren came back for a "quality check" and found the bathroom fan had been wired to the light switch (it was supposed to be on an occupancy sensor and run 20 minutes after each use) and the incorrect ventilation materials had been used in my attic. My house was literally sweating on the inside!! This "money saving program" cost me thousands in subsequent repairs.

I don't understand, had an apt last month- the morning of they called to cancel, I called right back no answer. On their message I was told someone would contact me to reschedule .... No one has- So I call and they dont even have voicemails set up... so here it is the 7th... my apt was the 22nd and no one has been here to do the work , called to reschedule or even call to apologize ... Im very frustrated to say the least.

We were given an estimate to repair our crawl space back in November of last year. We were told repeatedly that we'd be the next project and here we are still waiting, and our estimator is apparently impossible to get in touch with. Very poor customer service.
