Sicora Design / Build

Our family has enlisted the expertise of the Sicora team (5 times) between my wife and I, and two of our children. Sicora has done two major kitchen upgrades/expansions, along with three bedroom upgrades/expansions. The Sicora Team provides excellent design ideas which include several design/build options to fit your needs. Once selected, Sicora contracting/build teams present professional project management while enlisting the proper resources. Sicora design, build and management provide frequent customer meetings which help the buyers stay involved and up to date on project schedule. Although Sicora projects are towards the upper end for costs, we found assurance that their jobs are of high quality and they warrant their work.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our home remodel experience with Sicora. We took down a few walls and added a bathroom, and the result is gorgeous. Ron and Jill were incredible to work with on design- giving us four thoughtful renditions of our project and taking all of our wishes into consideration. Jill's taste is impeccable. Dave was an incredible project manager--we felt we were in the best hands possible with Sicora! So much so that after this project, we are looking ahead to when we can plan a kitchen remodel!

We worked with Sicora to finish our unfinished basement. The Sicora staff and their sub-contractors were all professional and really focused on quality. Their attention to detail was fantastic and loved the fact that they have their own millwork and custom cabinet workshop, they really can make anything you can dream of. We were beyond impressed with the entire process, from the initial consultation ,3D design concepts, finish selections, project management, construction and final walkthroughs. We lived at the house during the remodel and they did everything they could to work with us on things like keeping the laundry connected on weekends (laundry was on the main floor) as the project would allow. We worked with Sicora to do a major home expansion that included kitchen/bathroom/laundry and basement addition and we could not be more happy with the work. With the help of their team we were able to drastically increase the function of our home while gaining so much space to grow. Their team was so respectful of our home while we lived through the construction and attentive when had questions or concerns. We will definitely be considering to work with Sicora as we endeavor to do more home improvements.

Sicora exceeded our expectations in every way! We absolutely love the home they designed for us. Ron and Darcy worked hard to keep our wishes for design and budget in check. Jim was always on top of the project progress. The thing that was most valuable to us was the constant communication about our project. If we had a question, it was always answered and addressed immediately. This team has great attention to every detail! Our home remodel not only turned out beautifully, but also was right on time!!
