First off, as someone who runs a service business myself let me say I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced with Sierra Air. Communication was excellent. I received text reminder from the office with a picture of the technician with his name when he was on his way, the technician called when he was 20 minutes out, showed up as expected, vehicle was clean and presentable. The technician introduced himself, put shoe covers on prior to entering my home and went to work. After diagnosing my furnace the technician explained the issues to me in understandable terms allowing me to make a educated decision to replace my furnace. The Sierra Air team of Carlos, Douglas & Temoc did a great multi-day job cleaning out my attic of rodents & debris, sanitizing & sealing, and installing new insulation. Throughout the process, they gave me updates & showed me the work & progress being done in my attic. It made me comfortable that my needs & concerns were being met. Sierra Air has provided me with their HVAC & Aircon maintenance service for 6 years.

We called Sierra for an after hours urgent repair. Louis was professional, prompt, and respectful. He notified us when he was on his way, gave an accurate ETA, and followed up after the service to explain his work and the charges. He gave us helpful advice on how to avoid repairs and costs in the future. We will call for Louis to help us in the future and recommend him for your next service.

Devon came to our home to do a plumbing inspection which is included in our maintenance plan. He called us to let us know he was on his way and arrived shortly after. He was very personable and respectful of our time and our home. He explained what he was going to do and obtained some signatures. He then checked out everything in our home that had water coming to it. We were fortunate that everything was in good condition. He talked with us about the water in our area and sparked our interest in the Halo System. He reached out to the appropriate people and we will research and talk with them. We are extremely grateful for all the services that Sierra Air offers us and the staff is committed to providing excellent, quality service.

I called hoping to repair my home heating unit. The gentleman that responded to look over my existing unit, confirmed my suspicion as to the problem, and found other issues that could become bigger problems. So I asked for options and he provided them. He was professional and knowledgeable. I respect that and I chose a complete new unit. Next day was installation day, and 2 new guys showed up. Both were professional and knowledgeable again. Answered any question I could think of to ask, and also answered a few questions I didn't think to ask. During the installation they never seemed to not know what they were doing. Nothing had to be done twice, because everything went into place the first try.
