I had a great experience with Sierra Mechanical. They were always in contact with me throughout the process. Everyone was very friendly. And they got the job done really fast. I would recommend them!!!

From our initial contact with Megan in the office to Matt the service technician we had a very positive interaction. We were scheduled several days out due to an early heat wave. Megan notified us of a cancellation that moved our appointment up by 2 days! Then Matt arrived slightly before our 4 hr window and addressed our issue….we again have an operating system!!! Thanks so much!

Genuinely the rudest secretary/scheduler I have ever met. The woman gets off on getting in arguments and proving random points than letting the customer talk and helping solve their problem by answering simple questions. Made me feel gaslit and like I was the Karen for asking someone to come out for a 3rd time to fix my furnace. They require multiple confirmations of appointment (phone calls only during business hours) and it is an absolute crap show. Spent a total of 5 minutes on the phone just to be yelled at, cut off, and merge a call with a technician even, and have literally the most frustrating conversation of my life- when all she had to tell me was to please call the warranty company and have them put in another ticket. Very honest and helpful. When our warranty denied our claim and a first opinion from another company wanted a full system replacement, Sierra Mechanical was honest and straight forward. Saved me a ton of money and provided a simple fix rather than try to sell me a whole new system. Integrity and honesty are vanishing in the HVAC industry and from our experience that we just had this company is very trustworthy. (Honest review) very happy with them.

I would give them zero stars if I could!! They were sent to my home via home warranty. The first day the guy comes out and says he believes I needed freon since my pipes were frozen but he couldn’t fully diagnose bc of that. I mentioned to him that my run off drain line is dirty and wondered if that could be looked at as well. He said another guy would need to come back after the pipes weren’t frozen. He said they would diagnose again and do the work. So I got set back up for an appointment two days later. The next guy comes out and he just refills my Freon, and tells me he has an order to add some switch and a new pipe. He told me 300 dollars. I called the company and explained I did not need the pipe I just wanted it looked at and the switch was not needed either since it worked fine wit
