Avoid this company at all cost. They are completely unprofessional and customer service is terrible. I was stuck with them for a countertop through Home Depot. They cut the countertop an inch and a half short on the overhang. When I notified Jerrika, on the same day as installation, she never bothered to return my phone call. I notified Home Depot who contacted her. We went back and forth several times and she kept coming up with a different lie every time trying to say it was my fault, which it was not. Every thing on my end was perfect. She eventually just stopped answering Home Depot’s calls and emails. I am a retired general contractor and have dealt with hundreds of subcontractors, Signature Granite is by far the most unprofessional liars I have ever dealt with.

Ryan and the team were very easy to work with. They had a good selection but not overwhelming. Ryan was very knowledgeable regarding options. Only needed to go to t he store in person one time. The installation team came on the day they were scheduled and were very efficient. We will probably be back for future projects. Including our “before pictures” of our avocado green countertops and our “after pictures” of our beautiful new countertops and sink. We also ordered our faucet as part of the same package, very easy.

Our experience with Signature was excellent. We are so happy with how everything turned out. Ryan, our sales rep, was so helpful. The installer was excellent as well. He was professional and helpful in how/where to place the vessel sinks.

This is the company Home Depot sent to do my granite countertops in the kitchen. The folks were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The installers did a great job laying the granite and cutting onsite. They also cleaned up after themselves well which isnt as common anymore as it should be. I only have two reasons to not give 5 stars: They used a specialty dolly for the big slab to get it in the house which was great and smart. They hand carried the 2 smaller slabs and were struggling to the point of slipping, running into an exterior wall and cracking a section of exterior siding. I got the siding handled. I dont need it fixed, but I hate the idea of hard working folks hurting themselves just trying to muscle through something. It could have been worse on them and
