Signature Stone

They were great. We built a house and weren’t fond of fireplace we picked out. We contacted them before move in and they gave us quote within hours and had it scheduled for right after move in. The guy who did the work was great. He completed it in a timely manner and even worked late to get it down. He was mindful of it being a new build and helped minimize the mess. We live the fireplaces now!!

Great company to deal with! Super fast response to my initial inquiry of resurfacing my fireplace with stone. Came out to look at the project that same day. Great selection of different stone colors and shapes/designs. Installer was very professional and friendly, and did amazing work!! We love our new stone fireplace! We contracted Signature Stone for a large installation on a new home we are constructing in Pequea, PA. The contract for stone work was in upwards of $30,000 (with deposits and payments requested based on % of work completed) and with the potential for additional side projects that are currently quoted for around $10K total. When the initial project came to completion, I can say with confidence that we were disappointed with the quality of workmanship that was provided. The installers were extremely careless, scratched my brand new decking with their stone (never covered it), and were sloppy. We had to request owner intervention, Jeff Hess, to walk our home to point out areas that lacked the quality we were looking for in the finished product. Guy on the forklift who loads customers is phenomenal. Really, a classy gentleman. Stone is great also, pure craftsmanship.
