I cannot recommend Eric Silva with Silva Build LLC highly enough. He installed a chandelier in our foyer with an extremely high ceiling — and impressively handled the entire job completely on his own. Watching the level of skill, preparation, and care he brought to such a challenging install was truly impressive. Not only did Eric safely remove the old fixture and perfectly install the new chandelier, but he also went above and beyond by touching up marks left during the process with our paint so everything looked flawless when he finished. He even hauled away the old chandelier for disposal, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely use him again for future projects.

I had a great experience working with Eric and his team at Silva Build. They replaced a tub in my bathroom, tile work included. . They also replaced two ceiling fans. The work was top-notch, completed on time and communication throughout the process was clear and professional. They were extremely efficient and respectful of my home. I highly recommend and I look forward to working with him on future projects.

Eric did a great job building new shed doors, and replacing a panel that had hail damage. He also replaced much fascia around my entryway and garage door! He did a great job cleaning up after he was done and I would definitely recommend his business to others! We still have to paint some areas but he primed them for us! Thanks Eric!

I used Saliva build LLC to rebuild my kitchen and I am very happy with there services. Eric is very knowledgeable, punctual, responsive and professional in his work. Excellent job done by him and his team. I highly recommend them.

Eric and his assistant replaced an old broken garage entry door. The garage is probably 70 years old, so the angles are not perfect. We bought a full garage door assembly at Menards and Eric picked it up and installed. The old door, including rotted wood had to be taken out and replaced, and the new door, which Was not as completely square opening had to be rectified. Door opens and closes perfectly, and Eric took away the old door and Wood and cleaned up, as well as painted the door frame to match. Nicely done!
