Great people at Silva Septic. We had water coming out of our shower drain and flowing into our bedroom. Billy came out quick was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to get us fixed quickly. Quick to answer, arrived early, did their job quickly. I hired them to empty my septic tank and they were done within about an hour. Pricing wasn't the cheapest but it also wasn't the highest. I ended up hiring Silva because others had a lower limit on how many gallons they would pump and my tank is slightly larger than other's limit.

We have a septic pipe obstruction. Billy was very helpful when he arrived, but the equipment did not function. Bearings went out on snake auger and camera didn't work. We still got charged AND still have a clogged pipe. We have tried to get info on when equipment will get repaired and no help on another visit without getting charged again. Was hoping for the best, as they were recommended by a few people

Honestly, way over priced and huge lack of customer service. After our initial drop off our porta potty did not have any services for two consecutive weeks. I have asked several times for my account to be credited for the missed services and three months later still no credit. I have called numerous times to speak with someone and no calls back. I give them two stars because the porta potty has been clean ever since.
