Silver Lining Carpet Care & Restoration

We closed on our home in Crawfordville on 10 October Scheduled service for 11 October. The office kept me informed as to when the technician would show up. We were scheduled for 9 am service I believe Antonio got there at 9:03 very prompt very professional. He was neat and clean as well as his van. I would recommend Silver Lining to everyone.

I’m not sure if I can possibly recommend Silver Lining more. My office had a very unpleasant flood including my entire suite and multiple early learning classrooms. They responded quickly, gave us a very fair estimate and sent photos and updates at the end of every evening throughout the process. Additionally, they fixed the disastrous work ServPro had done (which damaged our space more than it helped). I am grateful for their quick response and professionalism.

After a last minute change of plans, we found ourselves with company coming this weekend unexpectedly. Having a 9 month old puppy can take a toll on your carpets and upholstery, so we called Silver Lining for the second time in as many years and they were able to squeeze us in the next morning. Tim was a total professional. On time, even though we were squeezed into the schedule, and a joy to speak with. He gave clear instructions on what needed to be done with a fair and accurate price. And again his personality was right on point. Friendly, sociable even while working. The house smells clean and more like my home, rather than the dog kennel. 5 stars. Highly recommended. Will use again.
