The work is good I think. I just got a screened patio built. But if you expect things done on schedule, forget it. They will not even notify you when something is delayed and then they accept no responsibility for delays. It's because of someone else like a subcontractor and besides "they didn't promise what you expected". They have never heard or gotten training on "customer care and service" but they pretend to be professional. No matter what went wrong, they'll insist to the point of arguing with a paying client that it's not their fault. It's your expectation. I've never seen a worse case of poor accountability and acceptance of responsibility.
