We had Alec put in all new water lines in our house, I honestly have been extremely impressed at how professional his work is and what a genuinely good guy he is! He went above and beyond and finished this huge job in a very timely manner, even working late both days to make perfect. It's also worth noting that everyone at Silverdale plumbing was awesome and they came in much lower than the other plumbing companies. Alec also removed the old lines and didn't try to attach to the old lines to try and save time like the other guys wanted to do. For context our old lines were failing at the connections causing two floods and $55,000 in damage so it didn't make sense to tie into the old lines. Ok work, charged my mom 100 for a 5 min job and 5 dollar part, didn't finish their work. I hired them to replace 2 toilets and fix a leaking spigot for my mom years ago. They overcharged for the spigot, fine. But this is what I find when I check the toilets they replaced.

These guys were great. They came through when another company let me down. Their admin/scheduler was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The plumber was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. Price was reasonable for the service.

I don't know how their work is but we did receive a bill for $75 +tax just for them to come and estimate the project, of which they were 30% more expensive than the other bid we received, so we didn't go with them. We also had to wait two weeks for them to come out to estimate and then another week to receive an estimate. I wasn't informed until we received the estimate that they charged us for this time. We truly felt like they were doing us a favor and weren't interested in any more business, especially ours.

Incredible service. The employees are very knowledgeable and honest. We needed a hose bib to be replaced. Herdmann plumbing wanted $450 for that repair. Silverdale plumbing did it for $200 (including parts and labor). These are the people to call when you have plumbing issues. We will definitely use them again.
