We were calling around for estimates on a privacy fence. Simmons came out to give us an estimate. We thought it was a reasonable price. So we started going forward. On a day of arrival the crew was extremely nice and professional. They even interacted with my neighbors. And now the neighbors are talking about getting them one of the privacy fences. Had a great experience with Simmons! I had quotes from several other fence companies and am so happy I went with Simmons. Eric provided a great estimate for my backyard privacy fence and helped me with design questions. They were able to come out for my fence ahead of schedule and the guys were great, even helping me to navigate some issues with neighbor's property in the fence line. Everyone was very communicative and I was so happy the project was finished within a week. We love having a space for our dog to run around and the 6 foot privacy vinyl is beautiful. Simmons Fence was amazing from the first time we stopped into the office to get an idea for a fence on the side of our house and a gate across our driveway. Even after multiple calls and return visits, our fence is too far off the ground in places. Every squirrel and rabbit in the neighborhood can easily enter our yard. The gate has a big gap between the two sections. Some sections have scratches. It was supposed to be square against the house and is not. The worker in charge told us it was. It clearly is not. The gate is very unstable. If I had it to do again, I would choose differently. We just became tired of dealing with it. Price was reasonable if the fence was what we hoped it would be.
