José came to give me a free estimate on my garage door. He was very helpful and polite. He answered all of my questions and gave me the best options for my issue. I will definitely be using their services for any future issues.

Highly recommend! Jose consulted me on the best solution for my garage door, asking about repairing as opposed to a total replacement of opener. I truly appreciated him asking to repair and save money, most vendors just upsell. I also liked how communicative the company is - knowing that my opener had been purchased, time of arrival, pics of install, etc. Loved the fact that he came out the next day on a Sunday!

I had an issue with installing my new garage door opener, and I was ready to take it back to tge store. I found Jose the owner of his company and the first thing he did was try and talk me through it over the phone and his suggestions helped, but I couldn't move forward after that. I called him back, and was at my house in 20 minutes, that kind of service is extinct nowadays. When he arrived at my house, it took him about 45 minutes and fixed it and taught me how to troubleshoot the issue, for future programming. Jose was very, prompted, professional, courteous, friendly and fair. And great guy! Old school service.

Jose Ocana was extremely helpful. The top panel of my garage was bending in and would not close. He showed me why it was bending in and the my option were for repair vs replacement. He researched the issue, called me when said he would, and completed the repair on the same day. I would call and recommend Jose and Simple Section for any garage door needs in the future.
