My husband and I was so excited when Mac showed us how we could take our 1885 house and make it and updated modern home. With alittle added research of material options the end result was amazing. Thanks again Mac in spite of a delay in the special order materials it was all worth the wait.

At first, I was skeptical of someone knocking at my door, trying to replace my roof. Frank at Windy City Construction was very professional and almost sounded too good to be true. He explained the process and what the possible outcomes. He always answered my calls or returned them in a timely manner. Liberty Mutual also worked fast with Frank. The process took maybe three weeks. Once the insurance cut the check, I asked Frank how long it would take to replace the roof, and he said one day. A few days later, his crew showed up and replaced my roof on my home and garage in one day. The crew did an amazing job! Frank came through with everything he said he would. We had Windy City to replace our roof this summer. From the first contact to the finished job they made it comfortable for us, even through paperwork issues. They kept us informed and beautifully completed our roof in just one day! The cleanup was through too!

5/28/2025 I've written prior reviews of this company and they have consistently called to have my reviews taken down in exchange for the roof that their sub-contractors poorly installed on the porch roofs. Right now they have ghosted us after I've deleted my reviews. The only way to grab their attention is to leave a poor review, this is how they run their company. I recommend not conducting business with this company, take it elsewhere! It's not worth the headache.
