I found the guys from Sullivan's to be professional and thorough, and their prices to be fair. I had a floor drain back up in my basement - they checked the ejector pump/pit and ended up rodding the line from my laundry room to the ejector pit. $425 for a couple hours of work.

Earlier this morning, one of my tenants texted me that both the toilet AND the bathtub were not flushing / draining properly. I was unable to remedy the problem after several attempts so I called Sullivan Plumbing & Heating in Berwyn, IL. The 2 man crew arrived and immediately began working to resolve both problems. They were successful and I am very pleased with the professional workmanship of Sullivan’ staff. I will hire them should any future problems occur. Highly recommend them!

Had a water leak in the basement after several days of brutal cold. Luckily for us, Rich was just down the street and took the call, even though it was his day off. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Fantastic service!

After the recommendation of a neighbor, we requested the services of Sullivan Plumbing and Heating a few times since purchasing our home in Berwyn . The quality of their work on every visit has been excellent, reasonably priced, and they have always been very responsive to our requests for service. We have called them in the past and will again the the future. They have come out on a miserable December day to rod out our main drain to the sewer . On other occasions they have repaired and opened a line from a bathtub drain, replaced a blower motor in a wall furnace, and most recently replaced the thermostat of our main furnace. On every visit they were courteous, professional, reasonable, and prompt. As a home owner of an older home it is reassuring to know that we have such an excell
