After years of pouring thousands of dollars and continually replacing our master bathroom, and the shower continually leaking, we were losing hope to have a good shower that could actually work. Brian came and made sure everything was done well and right. The shower is now leakproof and so well done, it's the favorite bath in the house! We have now hired Brian two more times due to the excellent craftsmanship of him and his team. He comes in to check the workers as the project progresses and makes sure everything is right. Brian and the Simplicity crew were easy to work with and professionals. They communicated clearly, provided an excellent timeline, a detailed estimate, and even provided great design guidance. Their organization is best described as competent and diligent. Initially I was nervous about hiring Simplicity since I had been burned by the prior installers of my bathroom, but Brian was able to walk us through the process and get us everything we wanted plus a far superior product than what had been installed. We had a very good experience working with Simplicity Bath and Shower for the remodel of our two upstairs bathrooms. They took care of everything for completing both tub to shower conversions, new floor installation, and exhaust system repairs. We were impressed with the professionalism and experience of the installation team. After the old tubs were removed, they were able to rework the plumbing and framing to deliver the shower design we wanted. We were very happy with the final result. Throughout the project, there was great communication, attention to detail, and willingness to work around our schedule. Highly recommended!
