This is the best irrigation company I have ever dealt with. They are honest have integrity are very neat and polite and very fair priced I would recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of sprinkler system or irrigation system fixed.

I called Mark, the owner of Simply Sprinklers this morning because my well pump stopped working. He sent Adrian over within a couple hours to diagnose the problem. The old pump was shot so he had to go find a new one. Adrian had the old one off and the new one working in just a short time. Really happy that they could come the same day I called which is rare for most companies. This is the second time they have done work for me. Last year they replaced my mechanical timer with a new digital timer. I have been very pleased with all their work and would highly recommend them. 5 star work ethics

They came out and replaced the valves, which involved digging up the valve box and then putting it back when the job was done. That fixed the issue we had because we had a zone that often stayed on, even when it was supposed to be off. We were able to enjoy the system working properly for about 3 weeks (in which we ran the system once per week) after that job was done, and then the valve box started flooding every time the system came on. After the box flooded, the zones also somehow got reprogrammed and mixed around, also resulting in my back zone not coming on at all. I mentioned the issue to Simply Sprinklers, but they responded by saying they “didn’t change that”, referring to the sprinklers being set to different zones - I believe them 100% on that note, but I also believe the valve b

We had an issue priming our irrigation pump so we called this company who came to assess the problem. Without doing any trouble shooting, did not even turn the pump on or attempt to prime the pump themselves. Did Nothing! Did absolutely no assessment , no attempt what so ever of any kind. Told us we needed a new pump nothing else can fix the problem. Needless to say we called another company Blackwelder Pump and irrigation who came out and fixed the issue primed our pump and everything is working. $150 cost, instead of $800 plus labor had we listened to this company had we replaced our current pump with the same one. It’s unfortunate but I hope this review will make future customers aware to get a second opinion before being talked into something you may not need.

Service techs arrived 1 hour late and complained they had driven 1 1/2 hours. I explained that I was assured that someone from my local area would service my issue. They were unimpressed and seemed intent to make their drive worthwhile for them. The service techs eventually fixed my problem but I found out the next day that they charged at least twice as much as what a reputable irrigation company would have charged. I would stay away from this company.
