Response and diagnosis was quick. Replaced one of our HVAC systems the next day! A week later the 2nd HVAC failed and Quincy was out the next morning to fix it. Both units were old and we are so happy we didn’t have to replace a 2nd HVAC in a week!

Very disappointed with his service. 1st visit was to inspect my A/C unit. 2nd visit to repair. 3rd visit to check b/c no air again. 4th visit to tell me he missed the problem initially and would need to repair costing another 3k, would not recommend to anyone. All this in less than 30 days 👎🏽

This guy Quincy should not be in business, he never returns call nor texts, he put a 2.5 ton unit in my moms home and didn't know it required a 3 ton, made me pay for his mistake, I had to go forward and spend more money on the spot in order to get my mom in some air, now 4 months later the heat won't come on and he won't come out to fix. I had 3 bad experiences with this crook, Do not use this guy company please.

Quincy was very professional and did an excellent job removing and inputting my ac/heat pum unit. His response and turnaround time was immediate. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you Sims Enterprises!!
