Sims Professional Cleaning Service

Sad to write this review but don’t want this to happen to others. The guy who came out was nice, and professional. I paid him $450 to clean my carpets, and was fine with the price. I was not ok with how my carpets turned out. Pretty much all of the spots were still there. The carpets took almost 3 full days to dry. Once the carpet was dried the spots were even worse. I did ask him if he would come back and treat just two of the rooms and a rug because of the sour smell that was left behind, he agreed and didn’t show up two of the times, and is now not returning phone calls. At this point I wish I would’ve not even done it to begin with, because now I have to deal with a smell in my home along with spots that were already there.

The Sims crew did a great job getting the build-up off our LVP floor at my dental office that mopping just couldn't handle. Very happy with the result and worth the investment!

Friendly, quick, and well done! Very reasonably priced. We are pleased with the carpet cleaning. One of the joys of potty training little boys includes pee on the carpet. Our carpets smell so much better!
