Had joist hangers installed in multiple areas in the basement to help structural support. This company was very friendly and understanding! Cost was reasonable and worked around my schedule if a conflict happened. I have a house built in 1900 and this work made me feel more comfortable long term.

We have used Sipes and Son for 2 projects now and both have been professionally done to the highest quality. Their dedication to detail is impressive and their flexibility and understanding of situations that arise is appreciated. You may have to get in line for their work, but for us having cycled through contractors these guys were worth the wait. Highly recommend them for structural and exterior renovation projects.

Chad and his crew did a great job with our structural repair. We needed to completely re-do a retaining wall and support post, which were sagging. Their quote was extremely reasonable for a very thorough and professional job. The crew were on time and worked very hard every day to finish our job in a timely manner. We hired Sipes & Son to cut out and install a window in our basement. They finished the job in 2.5 days and did an excellent job. They did a great job of matching the trim and caulk. They had to be creative in rerouting a downspout, which was icing on the cake. I 100% recommend Sipes and Son. Much appreciated.

I just used Sipes and Sons this past week for my residential Brick Repointing (tuckpointing) project. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they performed. Chad and his team were great with communication throughout the whole process, his team was attentive to all my questions and/or requests I had along the way, and they kept me updated on the project status as they battled the elements (rain, wind, etc.). Importantly, I felt the pricing was very reasonable, honestly great, for the amount of tuckpointing work that they performed at my residence. If you have any residential brick tuckpointing needs within the city of pittsburgh, I'd certainly recommend to have them at least check out your project needs.
