We've been going here for all our garden/yard projects. The new batch of employees is super nice. This is a self-service store. You have to scoop your own rock by the bucket unless you're picking up a truck load.

I come to store to buy a blue decomposed granite. After I paid I came outside to get my order. I told a service guy to get a decomposed granite for me. He filled up three buckets with broken rocks I disputed him by saying it is not a composed granite. He said " it is too late" and left. It was unprofessional. I will surely not be back this store ever again. It was first and last visit to SiteOne Landscape supply for me.

Most disorganized place I have ever seen. We know Fred Flintstone worked in a rock quarry. It was a neater than this place. No clear path as to where stuff is. No display of items. Some pallets don't have markings, some material just thrown on the ground. Huge mess of a place. Needs major overhaul.

Such a rude lady at the front desk. When I came to return an extra sand bag, I was told that I should feel lucky that they are taking the return and deducted 25% restocking fee (which is mentioned in the receipt) She deducted the restocking fee from the current reduced price (not the original amount) and returned less than what we are supposed to get. And please stop treating customers like a beggar. I’m returning because that’s in the policy and it’s an unused / unopened bag. If you are not accepting returns, please update the policy so we won’t waste our time dealing with such rude people.

Edwin is the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. I have been going to this location for years and entire staff is great but Edwin went above and beyond for me today. It was 4:25pm and they were getting ready to close and we know that no retail associate wants last minute customers but Edwin was extremely nice about it and got me taken care of.
