I would leave zero stars if I could. Terrible company and even worse workers. Called them to let them know i had a leak and I was home so they could stop by, worker answers the phone and tell me to call later at 5:15pm knowing they would be closed and then proceeded to tell me not to tell the people at the office that he said that. I called back and owner was even more disrespectful asking if I would be able to afford the job if they came out(without even seeing what they’re working on yet). Owner also said they would come out Saturday morning at 8:30am to take a look at the job and never showed up or even called. Beginning with my initial call for service, to Becky, to the completed job, I was impressed with S J Conner & Son's service. It was a pleasure talking with Becky. She was friendly, professional and reassuring that my problem would be taken care of promply. Then the two disciples (as I called them) Mark and Luke were so pleasant and helpful. They confirmed that my problem could be fixed and that it was not a major issue. They were professional and just a joy to do business with. I was just aggressively cut off by one of their employees. He was driving an old red pickup truck with the company name painted on the back on it. The dude driving it was a skinny white guy with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. I've never done business with this company but based on how this employee drives, I definitely could never recommend it. I have included a photo of the truck.

I want to give a shout out to Mark Chehade and his sidekick Luke, employees of S. J. Conner and Sons located at 1639 Seibel Drive in Northeast Roanoke, VA for their quick response to my call for help this morning on the hottest day of summer this year. My HVAC was constantly running during the night and I suspected a compressor and big money in replacing the whole unit. I called shortly before 8AM and expected to be put on a long list of service calls. To my surprise they told me they would be out within the hour. Sure enough, two well-mannered gentlemen came and diagnosed my problem as a bad start capacitor which they promptly replaced and everything's working great. I had used S. J. Thank you to SJ Conner and Sons for a job well done. They were able to install my new HVAC unit during the hottest part of the year and next day service was appreciated. Price was very reasonable. Shane and Curtis were kind and professional and did a wonderful job for us. I will definitely use this company again and also for other needs at my home. Thank you for a great experience.
