I contracted Sky Werk to renovate my recently purchased, 11 year old condo. From the initial discussions and design development they brought innovative ideas and design creativity to the job. They moved thru the challenges and surprises that a renovation can bring and always brought options and cost effective solutions. The construction was extended with the pandemic issues, but was executed safely and within the highest standards. Worked with my GC's in the past only to be ripped off, disappointed, and stressed beyond the point of exhaustion. Sky Werk was handed a dumpster fire of a job that another GC left me with and completely changed my mind about the industry. While there are a lot of bad GC's this is not one of them. The owner contacted me directly to solve the issues on a one to one basis. Every single day I received a call and there was never the famous "no call / no show" that I got from the prior GC. If you don't give them the job you are insane... Better safe than sorry. I will never use another company again.
