Skylyne Custom Cabinetry

I want to thank John for the great job he and his men did with installing my new cabinets and quartz top they were very neat and cleaned up each day which is very rare with contractors. The men did a fantastic job on the trim work as well the finishing came out perfect. They were very meticulous with the work perform it is very hard finding contractors that really take pride in that. Lisa in the office was very helpful and scheduling was right on target. If there was a problem they corrected immediately without hesitation. Thanks again to all from skyline for a job well done. DStanco

The first 5 star rating is from the owner himself, John. Good job raising your own rating online, poor job with our kitchen cabinets. We felt taken advantage of by Skylyne as we had several issues such as a wrong order extending the time it took which affected our counter install, our oven wouldn't fit, the "fix" to fit our oven was very poorly done, blow outs from nails in cabinets, damage to our pocket door... After spending over 10k we asked for some money back. Amazingly we did receive a few hundred (far less than we deserve with such a poor job) and that took constant calls and emails and waiting about a month for the check. I would never recommend Skylyne.

We were so happy with the beautiful cabinets and workmanship. We love the quality of the cabinets and the final appearance with all of the borders. They were so helpful in making suggestions and recommendations to best suit our kitchen layout and were so great to work with. We were so happy with the quality of their work and their willingness to answer questions and make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Please avoid these people at all cost. Horrible customer service. Lisa, who handles communication(?), told me over the phone to "shut-up" when I voiced concern over the job they did over the three day weekend in one of our offices. After their cabinet installers left, the office wall, which has been painted a few days ago, were scratched, electrical wires were somehow touched, so electrical plugs did not work anymore. When I complained to Lisa what they have done with our electrical wiring and our wall, she kept denying their responsibility and told me that "they did not touch any electrical nor the pluming." If this was indeed true, why would our electrical outlets stop working after they left? How can a person who handles customer relations tell their customer to "SHUT UP"?. Would

JOHN and Skylyne have done two outstanding jobs for us in both of our dental offices. They are professional, prompt and the work is great at a reasonable cost. A pleasure to work with.
