Smart Move Wilson Moving & Storage

If I could give zero stars, I would. Smart Move completely mishandled my move from start to finish. They showed up with the wrong size truck, which meant I was forced to move two car loads and two additional truckloads myself because their truck couldn’t fit everything. That alone is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, they showed up with TWO moving blankets. For an entire third-floor apartment move. It was shocking. How do you send a moving crew out that unprepared? Ryan and Steven, the actual movers, were nice and tried their best but they said they never send just two guys to do a third floor move. I was quoted for 2½ hours, and somehow the job dragged out to 5½ hours, leaving me with a bill that was nearly $700 MORE than what I was quoted and budgeted

These guys were on time, all three, DJ, Ray, and the other (he knows who he is) were awesome and pleasant to work with!!!!! I had to shed a tear and thank God so many times after they left b/c this company made this moving experience for me stress free. The dream team (lol) handled all items with care, covered mattresses and mirrors, and packed everything professionally. I could not have asked or wanted anything better than the service(s) I received today!!!! Great Job and Peace & Blessings to all 3! I give this company 5 Stars and I’m definitely issuing out recommendations. I appreciate your teams hard work!!!!!

This weekend, Smart Move of Wilson, helped move my office to our new location. Billy Capps and his team were outstanding to work with and made the process happen seamlessly. They worked tirelessly to make sure that we were able to get our doors back open to the public before Monday. While these guys worked 10 hours one day and 8+ hours the next, I never once heard a single person complain. On top of their hard work, the guys were some of the nicest and most polite professionals I have ever worked with. Thank you to everyone who came out to make our move happen this weekend. I highly recommend using these guys for your next move.

First apologize for the delay on writing this review. The movers Dominic and Samad were absolutely outstanding gentlemen. They definitely lived up to the company's name SMART MOVE. On moving day, they showed up on time, checked in with me for specific instructions, got the necessary paper work and particulars out the way and went right to work. These gentlemen were very professional, cordial, and handled my things with utmost respect. They worked non-stop until the job was done. In fact, they went above and beyond to ensure my things were placed in the right space and/or area I wanted them, when we arrived at my new place. Did I mention that they were OUTSTANDING. Awful experience and even worse customer service. Save yourself the anguish. We are gracious people, but we're pushed to far. The movers who showed up were inexperienced college age workers. They weren't trained how to blanket and pack a truck correctly. We started with 4 and one disappeared. They dropped a bookshelf and other pieces of our furniture off of their raised truck lift. Dropped boxes with our china and other dishes and didn't tell anyone. Broke a brand new basketball goal. Put a hole in the ceiling of the house we were moving out of(took a month to repair it for the new homeowners). Movers tried to leave half way through the job b/c the manager who was a piece of work underbid the job. They dinged up our headboards and dining room table and sent out a "repair man" who used a fu
