Smart Moves

We were so impressed with Smart Moves (specifically Kari, Jenni, both Jills, and Debbie, plus a few more women whose names I can't recall). They tackled some tough conversations with my parents regarding what would fit and what would not fit well in their new senior living home, and they did so respectfully and with good data and visuals to back up the points they were trying to help my parents see. Everything was packed with the utmost care -- lots of fresh paper for the kitchen items, so that everything was clean and ready for them to put directly into the cabinets. They didn't generate a bunch of waste, either; the used paper was saved for next time to use for non-kitchen items in another move and all of the boxes were broken down and saved, and so once the chaos of the unpacking was ov

I cannot thank Debbie, Kari & Lilly with Smart Moves enough for everything they did to make my parents transition into their senior living community as seamless as possible! They were very professional and incredible at what they do in a very timely-fashion. My parents had quite a bit of clutter and they were extremely helpful organizing and providing suggestions how best to declutter! This is the second time we have used Smart Moves to move my elderly parents, once in their 80's and now in their 90's. They worked so well with my mom and listened to her wants and put together a perfect floor plan. Moving day went smoothly and efficiently. Mom had lots of knick knacks and they did such a great job of getting it all back in order. Simply amazing. They are a great group to work with and so comforting that it would be done respectfully and done right.
