Jamie came out and was able to diagnose our issue and get us heat with our older furnace. We had an intermittent problem he was able to fix that also. Very good service and knowledgeable staff would recommend Tom's Dependable

Had an ac and furnace installed. Nice job. They even repaired some items not pertaining to the job. The only issue I had is that they didn't wear the shoes covers that I provided for them. I would still recommend them for anything HVAC you need. Thank you for everything you did!

Our house flooded in “The Milwaukee Flood of ‘25”. Our furnace got hit with 14-16” of water. Tom’s Dependable came out, looked it over and gave me a thumbs up! We didn’t need to replace it! During a 3-day streak of heat advisories, my AC stopped working. I called Tom’s and left a message. They returned my call within a few minutes and I got on their list understanding they might not get to me until the following day due to the high volume of calls. I received a call back that same night saying he could be there in 15 minutes. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and got the unit working for what I consider a very reasonable price. I feel lucky to have found them and I will definitely call Tom’s again when I need HVAC service.
