Tony's Heating & Air

Booking an appointment with Tony was seamless and I was happy to get the owner directly. I briefly described my issues and he addressed them efficiently and in detail. I have a challenging mixed use commercial/residential building with 3 furnaces and over 3,000 sq feet of space. Tony diligently tested every vent in the space and it already feels better. He left our appointment open ended and assured me he'd come back to make any adjustments. Aside from being very professional Tony is very personable and through our conversation I found out is also a veteran. It's apparent that he takes pride in his work. I already know I'll be calling him back to check out the A/C when it heats up outside.

Tony is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. His bilingual assistant is very helpful, truly I appreciate her for helping out with translating. He inspected thoroughly and figured out the problem fast. He let us know right away along with options and estimates. We had our heater fixed temporarily from another company who wasn't honest yet Tony was and he helped us get the heat up and running before we made the last minute decision to have him install a new furnace at a great price plus he knew our household was Spanish speaking so he brought along his assistant who was such a help to translate for my grandparents. The installation was fast, the job well done and in no time the heat was back. On the old furnace we had parts installed from another company who tried to charge us

Tony was great as he came in the middle of the night when my heat broke down. No one else showed up. He came three times to make sure everything checked with our heating system. He was very efficient and got the problem fixed. I so appreciate him for taking care of me. Thank you 🙏 very much Toni for the great service. I highly recommend him.

Tony came out this morning in a timely manner. He fixed my problem, no heat, on the coldest day of the year so far. He was friendly and explained everything he did. His fees were very reasonable, especially since it was an emergency weekend call. We will definitely call him again for all our heating and air conditioning needs.

I called Tony one afternoon when our boiler system was leaking water. He moved some things around to come take a look on short notice He got everything fixed and was happy to explain things and answer questions. Would definitely recommend and use him again for any heating and AC needs
