They arrived and finished their work in about 10–15 minutes, then claimed the issue was resolved. We were surprised by how quickly they finished, we trusted that they had done the job honestly and paid them 100% upfront. They promised to send us an invoice and photos of the roof repairs they supposedly completed. To this day, we have received nothing.
