It took me a long time to bring myself to install artificial surface in my backyard. I was very anxious about this all the way through the installation. I explained to David on my first visit to the showroom, I wanted something that looked so much like real grass that my guests would have to lay on it to tell it was artificial. We installed "Troon" which is the longest cut Smart Turf carries, and I must say, that it looks real. The color is rich and the texture is thick. I think the thing I like most about it is how clean it is. The service was great from my first visit to the sales call through the installation. We are extremely happy with our new turf! Jake showed us a lot of samples and after explaining our needs to him, he recommended a couple of turfs that would work for us. We had our front yard and a smaller portion of our back yard done. We had pet turf installed in our back.yard and our dog really seems to like it! We are very happy with all of his recommendations. Adrian and the other installers did a great job preparing the areas for installation and worked with my husband on how the turf was to be laid out and helped put decorative rock where we wanted it placed. They did the job in one day! They cleaned up front and back. Overall, we would recommend Smart Turf to anyone interested in artificial turf.

Smart Turf just finished an exceptional synthetic grass installation for us. Starting with a free quote, demo of existing old junky grass, haul off, excavate down 3" & haul off old soil, install weed barrier fabric, install 3" plus deep rock base, then install beautiful Smart Turf synthetic grass with lots of infill sand. Avoid this company like the plague! I ordered samples from many companies and settled on Smart Turf's Play Zone Plus. The most important and deciding factor for most people is how it looks. We laid the turf and were very happy, and a few months later, decided to expand the covered area. So we bought more and had it installed. When we got home and saw the turf, it was a different color! I called and asked if they gave us the right product. They said they did and that it was just a different batch, and that in each batch, the dye is different. So now there is black in thatch.
