To cut a small tree, No proper tools, cut down wrong tree, had to give him gas for his chain saw. Did not clean up properly. Threw tree in back of open trailer. Came to do gutters all, but brought no ladders to access. Would not let him do gutters. Absolutely fake reviews. I was relieved when he left with no serious damage.

May have fake reviews posted. Be sure to check for business license as well as tree removal insurance by talking to company. As of 9/23/23 owes in damage judgment approximately 3100.00 to me. UDATE: 7/11/23, this person is advertising license number from state of Georgia for tree removal and gutter service, there is no such thing, still have never found any sort of County business license… UPDATE: 1/18/23, RECEIVED A LEGAL JUDGMENT AGAINST KALEB MCDONALD, DBA SMASH TREE AND GUTTER SERVICES... Beware of this company, having to file suit to collect funds from them, they are not insured for tree removal or were not for when they presented to me., Policy was only good for under 30 feet above ground on certain jobs. Did not finish job had to quit project due to no labor and vehicles. Contrac

I do not recommend this man to work on anything but basics. I will not go into great detail about the negligence of him and his crew just know that it was catastrophic and costly. He lied, time and again. He apologized over and again but never fixed the devastation. He had no insurance or license even though he claimed he did.

Broke part of our gutter drain while cleaning. He said he would replace it. This was his “solution”. Texted politely asking him to come do something different so our gutters can actually drain. No response. We had to cut a hole in it so the gutters wouldn’t overflow until we can get a better fix. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend them, they did excellent tree cutting at very fair price, I will definitely use them again
