SMI installed my new HVAC several years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend SMI. I also have an annual service contract. Rashen does the service on my unit twice a year and is great. He always makes sure I have all my questions answered before he leaves. Call SMI....you won't regret it!

Our heater died on Sunday. I called SMI on Monday and the new unit was installed on Tuesday. The crew, Rashen, Jon, Logan and Mike were very professional and helpful. We will continue using their services in the years to come.

Our heating unit gave out and after a simple email, a quick phone call came from a professional customer service representative who lined up a service technician to visit the house later that day. Rashen was absolutely fantastic, very professional, and walked me through the process. Within two hours, we had our heat back on in the house. I would highly recommend SMI for any of your HVAC needs!

SMI technician, Rashen, has performed spring and fall maintenance on my AC unit and gas furnace the past couple years. He is an exceptional young man: intelligent, courteous, professional and thorough. I am a happy customer!

We have used SMI Mechanical twice now and have had exceptional service both times. First was to install a mini split and we just called them because our thermostat/HVAC went out on a hot day. I called them at the end of the day and they had someone out there within an hour! I was so grateful. Our technician, RJ, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future.
