Smiley's Heating and Cooling

I would definitely recommend Smiley's to anyone looking for excellent service, quality & affordability! We received 3 estimates and Smiley's was actually the lowest. I sent an email Monday morning looking for an estimate to replace our existing heat pump/air handler unit. I received a call back that afternoon and got an appointment for an estimate the next day. Rick Higgins, PM/estimator, arrived the next morning to give us an estimate for a new system. Rick was great, he never tried to up sale and was upfront about logistics, install times & financing costs. The following Monday the install team Brandon, Jack & BJ arrived promptly to install the new system. I couldn't be more pleased with our HVAC maintenance appointment. The technician Dakota S was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and above all else was on time. He explained everything that he did in terms I could understand. I believe our systems are in good hands with Smileys Heating and Cooling and their techs such as Dakota. Highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. I got three estimates for a new a/c and they were the cheapest. Also the guy Ryan Vonshell was a sweetheart and came and installed a window unit for FREE that I purchased off Amazon. I would have had to pay Lowe’s like $150.00-$200.00. I am a single female a live by myself, so I think he understood a)I value my money b)he REALLY has GREAT customer service and cares about his customers! They took away the old stuff, and left me w/ a new digital thermostat which I can control from my phone(nice!), and a nice reliable a/c unit! Ryan really is knowledgeable and does care about all of his customers, so call Smileys Heating and Cooling, they are top notch!!!!!!

Let me start off by saying their new install comfort care guy Rick was great and this is by no means a reflection on him because Rick tried to do everything in his power to salvage the working relationship. Where things went wrong were with the hvac service technician. We had paid for their weekend diagnostic rate and the company was able to send a technician same day we called. The technician did a repair and the heat started working again for our upstairs unit. Technician then gave an estimate for a cable repair because the repair he initially did was a temporary fix. Well the temporary fix was working just fine for days, and we had accepted the estimate for the cable repair. But when the same technician came out to do the cable repair, he left without making sure the heat kicked on. Lit

I am most pleased with the maintenance service that Darnell performed on my dual AC system. I have had a maintenance agreement for approximately three years and Smiley’s would come out twice a year but this was the first time that anyone has ever taken pictures of everything they did, from hosing down my filters, to the part that needed to be replaced and then he sent them to me via email. I have been pleased with Smiley’s service but this time I was extremely impressed. After viewing the images, I was more confident that the service I was paying for was being done. Darnell was very professional, timely, and experienced. After he did the service, he would let me know he was going back to check to make sure everything was working properly. He had to come back the next day to replace a part
